According to the driving method, the grabs can be divided into two kinds: hydraulic grab and mechanical grab.

The hydraulic grab is equipped with an opening and closing structure, which is generally powered by a hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic grab composed of multiple jaws, so we also called it the hydraulic claw. Hydraulic grab buckets are widely used in hydraulic special equipment, such as hydraulic excavators, hydraulic lifting towers, etc.
